I began volunteering at the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley early in 2014 after seeing a plea on this very Facebook page for dog walkers. PURINA ONE dog food has been placed on the ‘wish list’ for several of our HSOV dogs. We often have requests from our supporters who want specific suggestions as to what they could donate to help, and we know that “Bella”, “Maggie”, “Angel” as well as some of their friends would love PURINA ONE in their dinner bowls
HSOV Shelter Manager, Scott Little, has asked that we let folks know that the shelter kitties are in need of Purina Kitten Chow if anyone would like to donate a bag
The HSOV dogs are missing their “Good Girl/Good Boy” treats since the supply of dog biscuits at the shelter is nearly gone. Our kennel techs and volunteers love to pass out treats in the afternoons, and the dogs LOVE to receive them. They aren’t choosy about treats, and they don’t have to be gourmet treats (Milk Bones are great!!) If anyone would like to donate a bag or two,
We always need these items.
Please note we only use Purina Pet Foods to keep our animals on a regular diet.
